GMP Cleanroom Bioprocess Operator
Job Description
You arrive just before 10:00 PM, step into the cleanroom, and join a quick huddle with the team. After gowning, you review the days Batch Production Records, confirm materials are staged, and begin preparing buffers by carefully weighing raw components. Through the night, you execute cGMP manufacturing steps with precision, document every action using GDP principles, and keep a sharp eye out for any deviations to raise through Rapid Response. By shifts end, youve helped keep clinical and commercial production on tracksafely, efficiently, and by the book.
Schedule & Pay- Shift: WED SAT, 22:00 PM 08:00 AM
- Payrate: $22.00 $22.00/hr.
- Carry out manufacturing activities per BPRs and SOPs within a regulated cGMP environment, driving right-first-time execution.
- Capture work in real time using Good Documentation Practices across BPRs, forms, and quality records.
- Flag and document any process departures via the Rapid Response pathway.
- Recommend ways to elevate safety, quality, and throughput; participate in the Company Way (Continuous Improvement Culture) and lead Just Do It (JDI) efforts when needed.
- Support teammates by coaching junior staff and serving as an onboarding buddy for new hires.
- Join daily shift huddles and, at times, lead shift handoff/exchange.
- Maintain an immaculate cleanroom: sanitization, waste handling, and sustaining 5S standards.
- Complete required training on schedule to sustain compliance.
- Perform buffer prep, including weighing and staging raw materials for production.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong time management; you finish on time and look for the next priority when tasks wrap early.
- Comfort working as part of a team or independently.
- Clear communicator who follows detailed instructions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Highly organized with close attention to detail; steady under pressure and multiple deadlines.

**Pay Transparency: ***The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $22.00 - $22.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
