Loaner Vehicle Department - Team LeadMercedes-Benz of Sugar Land is looking for a Loaner Vehicle Department Team Lead to guide our dynamic team of Loaner Vehicle Representatives while delivering First Class Service to our customers.In this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Managing and administering our loaner car fleetResolving customer issues as they ariseReviewing loaner fleet for damage and keeping vehicles in good working orderKeeping record of all transactionsScheduling, coaching and managing staffThe ideal candidate will have previous experience managing either a loaner vehicle department or rental car fleet. Strong customer service and problem resolution skills are a must along with the ability to multi-task and work within a fast paced environment.
