As a Care Partner, you’ll be an important part of our residents’ daily lives — providing hands-on support, building meaningful relationships, and helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed

• Support residents during meals and throughout their daily routines

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior to the appropriate team member

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Follow all care plans, safety procedures, and community policies

• Treat every resident with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect

• Work closely with nurses, leadership, and the care team to provide excellent resident care

What We’re Looking For

• A compassionate and patient approach to senior care

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous caregiving, senior living, CNA, or healthcare experience is preferred

• A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
