NOW HIRING: Social Worker Director
Shift: Full-Time, 1st Shift

Location: Bergen County, NJ

Interview Method: Interview by TEAMS (virtual) only

Annual Salary: $80K-$85K/year (based on experience and licensure)

Social Worker Director Responsibilities:

• Help to identify residents’ psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.

• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents.

• Work with an interdisciplinary team to promote and protect residents’ rights.

• Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure.

Social Worker Director Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or another human services field to include, but not limited to, sociology, gerontology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.

• One year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.

• 1 year of long-term care experience

Social Worker Director License Requirements:

• Must have an active/ valid LSW or CSW
