Forklift Driver / Order Picker

We are hiring a Forklift Op / Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Medley. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience and be responsible for picking, staging, and moving products safely and accurately.

Forklift Op / Order Picker – Medley, FL

Pay Rate: $17/hour + Overtime

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM until finish

Hours: 40 hours per week + plenty of overtime opportunities

Forklift Op / Order Picker Responsibilities:

• Pick and stage customer orders accurately using pick tickets.
• Operate forklift, pallet rider, cross lift, and warehouse equipment.
• Use RF scanners for picking, put-away, and inventory processes.
• Verify orders and complete required documentation.
• Store incoming materials in assigned warehouse locations.
• Replenish inventory and maintain proper product rotation.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and daily warehouse operations.

Forklift Op / Order Picker Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred (OSHA certification plus).
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Must be able to work in a cold/refrigerated environment.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
