Responsibilities & Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Commercial or HOA property landscape maintenance

Leadership: Ability to supervise, train, and manage a 2–3 person maintenance crew on daily job sites

Driving & Towing: Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVD record; experience driving crew cab dump trucks while pulling landscape trailers safely

Equipment Mastery: Proficient in operating mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, blowers, and hand tools

Property Care: Hands-on experience in mowing, blowing, weed eating, and proper shrub/tree trimming

Safety & Quality: Follow company safety policies, adhere to standards, and ensure high-quality property maintenance

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish verbal and written) are highly helpful!
