Superintendent

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, budgeting, quality control, and possess excellent leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Leading on site meetings
• Complete understanding of Job Scope; Plans and Specifications; Contract (inclusions and exclusions) and Labor, Equipment, Tools and Material requirements.
• Understand and Oversee Schedules and Deliveries.
• Attend Pre-bid meetings, Walkthroughs, Pre-construction meetings as required.
• Manage of RFIs, Addendums and Change Orders from a field perspective.
• Assisting the PM in coordinating billings and change order requests & Cost Control.
• Closeout Documents coordination and input.
• Coordinating staff and internal resources.
• Managing project progress and adapting work as required.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Managing relationships w/clients and stakeholders and Managing large &diverse teams and Conflict Resolution
• Creating and facilitating execution of Prime and Sub-Contracts.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Attending and assisting in the weekly AOC (Architect, Owner, and Contractor) meetings.
• Executing risk mitigation plan.
• Complete daily reports and upload to Procore and distribute to PM.
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
• Participates in the sales process, Networking and presentations when required

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
