Tax Supervisor / Manager with Boutique CPA Firm (Equity & Partner Pathway)

Job Title: Tax Supervisor / Tax Manager

Company Profile: We're a 10 - 12 person boutique accounting & tax firm

Role Summary: Experienced tax professional with 3+ years of public accounting experience to come in & assist the Shareholders on servicing the clientele

Compensation: Up to $135k base + annual bonus (dependent on candidate experience & credentials)

Target Start Date: Within next 30 days

We're a privately owned full service accounting & tax firm out of Gardendale, AL who has been in business for 30+ years. We are adding to our tax operations in preparation for Partners, who are planning to retire within the next couple of years.

One of the major advantages of this opportunity is the growth potential to get up into Manager & ultimately get equity into the business.

Qualifications

• CPA or EA is preferred
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Bachelor's & higher educational degree
• Passionate on high quality client delivery
• Impressive background with prior tenure in public accounting

• Base; $85 - 135k
