Commercial Drywall Supervisor
Full-Time | Field-Based | Local Job Sites
We are hiring a Commercial Drywall Supervisor to lead field crews on commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on drywall experience and is ready to manage crews, coordinate daily work, and make sure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise drywall crews on active commercial job sites
- Read and work from construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
- Oversee metal stud framing, drywall hanging, taping, finishing, ACT ceilings, shaft walls, and exterior sheathing
- Coordinate daily work with the Project Manager, general contractor, and other trades
- Track daily progress, crew production, materials, and job site needs
- Identify issues, delays, or scope changes and communicate them quickly
- Maintain a safe job site and lead daily/weekly safety conversations
- Ensure work is completed to project specs, code requirements, and finish standards
- Help train, coach, and develop field team members
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial drywall experience
- 2+ years in a Foreman, Lead, or Supervisor role preferred
- Strong knowledge of metal framing, drywall installation, finishing, and commercial interiors
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform hands-on field work
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- First Aid/CPR certification
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule
