Shifts:
- 7a-7p, 11a11p
- PEDS---7p-7a DAILY
- Mondays-additional 9a5p and 4:30p12:30a
Setting:
- Regional Hospital
- Level 2trauma center
- Medium acuity
Census:
- 77k annual volume
- 22 bed ED
- Approx 192 patients per day, 2pph - includes residents numbers
Support Staff:
- Full support staff and multiple ED MDs on staff
- Lab 24/7; x-ray 24/7; CT 24/7 (dedicated to ED) ; Ultrasound 24/7 (in ED); MRI 24/7; 24-hour access to Radiology
- 24-hour back-up: Hospitalist, Gen Surg; Anesthesia; trauma; cardio; intensivist/pulmonary;ENT; Ophthalmology; Urology; Ortho; hand; podiatry; OB/GYN; Neuro; neurosurgery; plastics; gastro; thoracic; vascular; oral surg
- Transfer: PICU, major burns, major ortho peds, peds psych - .07% transfers
Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures

Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAPstart
Requirements:
- Active NYstate license or compact license
- Active DEA in NYor willing to transfer
- ATLS, ACLS, PALS
