Position Overview: Provides technical support for multimedia production and audio/visual equipment used in meetings, presentations, training events, and teleconferences. Interprets customer requirements and ensures content accuracy, completeness, and proper classification. RESPONSIBILITIES:Set up, operate, and maintain audio and visual equipment including microphones, video screens, projectors, monitors, and recording systems for meetings, presentations, training, and teleconferences.Test multimedia equipment to ensure safe and proper working condition prior to use.Interpret customer requirements and project complexity to determine appropriate resources needed for timely, accurate support.Advise customers on proper approach, product type, and methodology; propose alternative approaches and mediums as appropriate.Test integrated content on various platforms and networks to ensure quality of viewing, interactivity, and audio/video.Review content with customers and appropriate personnel to ensure accuracy, completeness, and correct classification and controls for distribution.REQUIREMENTS:TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required, including additional security screeningsEducation and Experience RequirementsCandidates must meet the following minimum education and relevant experience combinations by level:Entry Level:HS/GED + 6 years experienceAssociate's + 4 years experienceBachelor's + 2 years experienceMaster's degree (experience may be substituted as appropriate)Journeyman Level:HS/GED + 8 years experienceAssociate's + 6 years experienceBachelor's + 4 years experienceMaster's + 2 years experienceSenior Level:HS/GED + 10 years experienceAssociate's + 8 years experienceBachelor's + 6 years experienceMaster's + 4 years experiencePhD + 2 years experienceExpert / Master Level:HS/GED + 12 years experienceAssociate's + 10 years experienceBachelor's + 8 years experienceMaster's + 6 years experiencePhD + 4 years experience Join a mission-driven team advancing government communication capabilities and operational readiness.
