Landscape Sales/Business Development Manager

About the JobCutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC is hiring a full-time Landscape Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role combines sales leadership, estimating, and customer service, with a focus on residential and/or commercial landscape services.What you'll doTrain, motivate, and manage a sales teamMonitor performance, develop sales strategies, and report on KPIs to senior managementGenerate new business through leads, referrals, and proactive outreachMeet with clients to assess landscape needs and recommend servicesPrepare accurate estimates and proposals for landscape projectsClose sales and meet or exceed revenue goalsManage and follow up on leads in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffMaintain strong relationships with existing customersTrack sales activity to maintain records in CRM softwareRepresent the company professionally in the communityQualifications/RequirementsExperience in landscape sales or related outdoor servicesStrong knowledge of landscape servicesCRM software experienceAbility to motivate, train, and develop a sales teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skillsEstimating or project management backgroundAbility to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneouslySelf-motivated with strong time management skillsValid driver's licenseWork ScheduleMonday–FridayHours vary depending on job load and weatherOccasional Saturday work during peak seasonPay & BenefitsCompetitive pay and commission structure: $45,000-$65,000/year, based on experienceDental and vision insurance$10,000 company-paid life insurancePaid time off (PTO) + paid holidaysCompany vehicle for work use (must have a valid driver's license)Who we areCutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC is a family-owned business serving East Texas.
