About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a research-based approach that helps improve communication, learning, and daily living skills. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, as well as support and reinforce the skills learned by our clients.
Service Areas:
Cleveland, Beachwood, & surrounding areas including Parma, Garfield Heights, Akron, Lakewood

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
