Our CPA firm-has 2 openings in their expanding State & Local tax group. Reporting to the
State & Local Tax partner, this candidate will be involved with:
--State and local TAX PREPARATION/REVIEW of Income/Franchise and Sales/Use and Property
and Commercial Rent tax returns
- State and local income tax audit defense, refund claims and general consulting.
- Sales and use and telecommunications tax billing system and process consulting.
- State and local credits and incentives for new and expanding businesses including negotiated incentives.
- Unclaimed property voluntary disclosure agreements, audit defense and general process consulting.
- Voluntary disclosure agreements ("VDA") for all state and local taxes.
Note: Our firm has 2 offices--one in Midtown and the other in a nearby Suburb--convenient to public
transportation.
