Seeking a motivated individual who is interested in working as a full-time caregiver with some office work mixed in. Great experience to add to any resume in the healthcare industry. Healthcare Plus has an immediate opening in its Sterling office for a Field Supervisor in Whiteside, Lee, Ogle, and Carroll Counties. Previous CNA experience is a plus. Training is provided, and all resumes will be considered. No previous experience is required. This is a full-time position that will include both working in the field as a caregiver and administrative duties in the office.General Requirements:GED or High School DiplomaSocial Security card or Birth CertificateDriver's LicenseClean driving record with car insuranceProvide support to the team by covering unexpected call off / sick days from our field workers Start initial or interim cases as needed by the branchProvide one-on-one client care to clients who are not able to look after themselvesAssists clients with activities of daily living as directed in their Plan of Care.Assists clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household needs, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errandsAssists clients by providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and diaper changesAssists clients to care for themselves by monitoring the use of a cane, walker, wheelchair, special utensils to eat, and equipment for personal hygieneMonitor nutrition, cleanliness, and housekeepingRecord the client's activities and changes by making entries in the client tasks report and notifying the supervisor of any unusual conditionsContact the case supervisor immediately for any refused or undelivered serviceMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy client environment by following Universal Standards Precautions, maintaining security procedures, and following the special instructions standardsAbility to lift up to 35 pounds without assistanceAdheres to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local requirementsProvide client transportation to and from doctor appointments as neededBe willing to work in a household where the client has one or more of the following preferences: pets (dogs, cats, etc.), smoking, and hoarding living conditionsIn the event that the field supervisor doesn't receive a field assignment for a day, they must help in the office by filing paperwork, making calls, documenting notes in the Portal, organizing presentation materials, or any tasks assigned by the Lead Supervisor.Why Join Healthcare Plus?At Healthcare Plus, we bring compassionate care to the home-and we believe in supporting our team just as much as we support our clients.
