Bartender at Vito's Italian Restaurant

Vito's Italian Restaurant in Saint Johns, FL is looking for a PART TIME/FULL TIME Bartender 3+ years of experience required. We are open for dinner only. We are located on 116 Bartram Oaks Walk #101. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Available to work during the week and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
