Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and timely care.
Monitor compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Assist with admissions, discharges, staffing coordination, and clinical oversight.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nursing team members.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
Respond to clinical concerns and support staff with problem-solving and decision-making.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Minimum of one year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care.
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, licensure, and overall skills and may vary outside the posted range where permitted by law.
