What You'll DoTravel to job sites to troubleshoot installed door systemsPerform warranty repairs and component replacementsVisit both unoccupied construction sites and occupied homesRepresent the company with professionalism and strong customer serviceDocument service work clearly and accuratelyWhen service demand is low, assist in warehouse roles to support shipping, product handling, or operationsParticipate in training to learn product lines, installation methods, and troubleshooting procedures????
