Adult & Teen Challenge of NEW INC. is seeking a Program Admissions & Outreach Coordinator to strengthen community partnerships, manage admissions activities, and serve as a professional face of the organization in the Green Bay area.

Position Summary

The Program Admissions & Outreach Coordinator collaborates with the Program Director and program leadership to manage the end-to-end admissions process while building and maintaining referral and community relationships. This role represents ATCNEW professionally with courts, social service agencies, treatment providers, and other stakeholders, helping ensure qualified individuals and families can access the support they need.

In this onsite position in Green Bay, WI, you will balance outreach, public representation, and detailed application processing—following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and supporting timely intake for approved applicants, including those referred from custody.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with regional referral sources, including legal, social service, and treatment organizations, and ensure consistent follow-up with contacts.

  • Maintain a strong presence in relevant community and justice settings as assigned, including county courts and scheduled program presentations in custody environments.

  • Serve as an ATCNEW representative at community events, faith community gatherings, civic meetings, and professional conferences; contribute to outreach materials and public-facing communications as directed.

  • Coordinate admissions and application processing, including sending applications upon request, entering and updating information in the admissions/application database, reviewing submissions for program fit, and routing completed applications for approval.

  • Support pre-admission and intake activities for approved applicants by collaborating with assessors and other entities, ensuring required documentation is complete, and assisting with intake scheduling and record preparation.

Required Qualifications
  • Must meet the program’s minimum age requirement.

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in outreach, admissions, case coordination, business development, or a related field (treatment and recovery industry experience strongly preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver professional public speaking and represent ATCNEW effectively to a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines, with strong follow-through and task ownership.

  • Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, and word processing tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience preferred.
