Caregiver/ Home Care Aide

Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Caregiver located in the Monterey or Santa Cruz County. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing companionship, administering personal care, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Additional duties include meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assisting with mobility and transportation needs.

Qualifications

• Compassion and empathy for others

• Experience in providing personal care and assistance activities of daily living

• Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliability and strong work ethic

• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, must have car insurance.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 6 months of similar job experience
