Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavioral therapy plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and modify treatment plans
Provide feedback and recommendations to families and caregivers on strategies to support client learning and development
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress
Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services) preferred
Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying schedules
