We are hiring Behavior Therapists to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA services to children and families in the community. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in psychology, child development, special education, ABA, mental health, or healthcare.
SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $400
Flexible, part-time positions available that require availability on weekdays during the hours of 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related diagnoses in the home and community
Implement behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Use ABA strategies such as DTT, PECS, NET, and PRT
Support skill development and behavior reduction goals
Collect accurate daily data on skill acquisition and behavior
Assist with parent and caregiver training based on individualized treatment plans
Attend monthly staff meetings and professional development sessions
Maintain ethical and professional standards in all services
This is a part-time position with full time available based on client session schedules.
Minimum availability required:
15-20 hours per week available
At least 4 evenings per week
Availability from 2:30pm to 8:00pm PST
Minimum 4-hour shifts
Opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on client needs
Travel within a 20-mile radius of your location may be required

Required:
High school diploma
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Current vehicle registration
Proof of insurance
Ability to pass a TB test, or provide TB test results from within the past 4 years
Ability to pass criminal background clearance, including FBI and DOJ clearance
Preferred:
At least 1 year of experience working with children
At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with autism or related diagnoses
ABA training or enrollment in BCBA coursework
Bilingual in Spanish
Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
Relevant Professional Experience: Experience in direct support roles such as Behavior Technician, Behavior Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician, Direct Support Professional, Paraprofessional, Teacher’s Aide, Tutor, Caregiver, Childcare, or Autism Support.
Academic Backgrounds: Educational backgrounds in fields like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Counseling, or Human Development.
