About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS):
Founded in 2015 by a team of dedicated BCBAs and LCSWs, ABS has a decade of experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. We provide direct, in-home and in-community ABA therapy, helping children build communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence.

What You’ll Do (Behavior Technician Responsibilities):
  • Build positive rapport with students while implementing ABA therapy techniques

  • Provide 1:1, goal-oriented direct service in the home environment

  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA methods: prompting, modeling, redirection, reinforcements, and reward systems

  • Track progress, measure skill acquisition, and document daily data

  • Adapt creatively to help students communicate needs, wants, and feelings more effectively

  • Collaborate with and seek guidance from your BCBA supervisor

  • Communicate respectfully with caregivers, supervisors, and team members


Qualifications:
  • Background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology

  • Preferred: Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience with preschool and elementary-aged children (preferred)

  • Compassionate, reliable, adaptable, and responsive under pressure

  • Proven ability to document session notes and track individualized treatment goals

  • Play-based, creative, and person-centered approach to learning
