Physical Therapist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist who is driven, self-motivated, and excited about helping grow a developing practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to directly impact clinic growth and patient outcomes. This is a 1099 contract position paid per patient, with compensation tied to productivity and performance.

Schedule & Compensation:

• 2-3 days a week (this is very flexible; we are open M-F 7am-6pm)
• $25–$50 per patient, depending on experience with opportunity to increase as clinic grows.
• Compensation structure rewards productivity, efficiency, and contribution to clinic growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to:
• • Tri-Care patients
  • VA patients
• Athletic and sports performance populations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation
• Deliver evidence-based, performance-oriented care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the clinic’s EMR system
• Manage your own schedule, including patient load and days off
• Communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, and clinic leadership
• Contribute to clinic growth through professionalism, patient retention, and community engagement

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or sports rehabilitation preferred
• Experience treating military, veteran, or athletic populations is a plus
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to go above and beyond to support a growing practice
