Job Description
The CNA Certified provides essential patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs), supporting hygiene, mobility, and safety needs in a healthcare environment. This role involves close teamwork and accurate documentation to promote patient well-being and operational efficiency within a setting that follows rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily hygiene and personal care activities
- Support patient mobility and positioning
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and care details
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare team members
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during care delivery
- Follow protocols under RN supervision
- Adhere to rotating shift schedules to ensure continuous patient support
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of patient care experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with patient care and vital signs monitoring
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong empathy and teamwork skills
