Production Assembler

Final Assembler - $17/hour

This position involves repetitive bench and production line assembly work to manufacture swimming pool filters, housings, and cartridges.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components by bolting, clipping, screwing, cementing, or fastening parts together.
• Place parts in specified relationships according to production requirements.
• Operate machinery such as staple machines and rotary equipment.
• Work at multiple workstations and rotate between assembly tasks as needed.
• Support production line operations for different product models.
• Crosstrain on existing and new manufacturing processes.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Complete other assigned production-related duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 months of related manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing throughout the shift.
• Frequent use of hands for handling, assembling, and manipulating parts.
• Frequent reaching with hands and arms.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Requires good depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
