Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $16.50 - 17 P/h (BOE)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and is ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery under supervision.
• Assemble, test, and inspect products to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments.
• Accurately document production activities and support quality control

Qualifications:

• Some experience or exposure to manufacturing, production, or hands-on work is helpful.
• Reliable work history and demonstrated consistency in prior roles.
• Ability to pass a skills assessment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
