Plaintiff Litigation Attorney

Hiring for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Tampa, FL. This is an established, very collaborative plaintiffs' injury law firm looking to add to its litigation and trial team.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the litigation cycle of the firm's more complex personal injury matters
• Develop litigation strategy and manage case development through trial
• Draft and argue complex motions, lead mediations, and handle all case advocacy
• Take and defend depositions, including witnesses and medical experts
• Manage discovery, legal research, and ongoing medical treatment monitoring
• Collaborate with Litigation support staff and litigation team associates.

Requirements for this role:

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Must have personal injury litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side
• Experience in motions practice, depositions, mediation, and case development through trial readiness
• Strong legal writing abilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a high degree of courtroom readiness
• Well-versed in reviewing medical records, handling complex medical bills, and understanding treatment timelines as they relate to case value.
