Pool Maintenance Technician

The Pool Technician is responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring clean and safe water quality. This role involves hands-on work with pool cleaning, water chemistry testing, and equipment maintenance while interacting with customers and adhering to safety standards. The position requires physical stamina to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles across Franklin, College Grove, Brentwood, Tennessee, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean pool surfaces to maintain hygiene and appearance
• Test and adjust water chemistry, including pH and chlorine levels
• Monitor and repair pumps, filters, and other pool equipment
• Perform regular equipment inspections to ensure proper operation
• Interact professionally with customers to address service needs
• Comply with safety protocols and regulations while on the job
• Operate company vehicles safely to travel between service locations

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history (approval by company insurance required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including sitting, kneeling, standing for long periods, jumping, squatting, crawling, and reaching
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Military experience candidates encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level to 1 year experience in pool maintenance
