Adult Outpatient Therapist - LMSW, LPC, LLP | Excellent Pay + Benefits

This role focuses on providing individual and group therapy for adults, conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and supporting clients with mental health and co-occurring substance use needs in an outpatient behavioral health setting in Southgate, MI. The position offers a flexible schedule during daytime hours and competitive pay based on licensing status.

Schedule

• Days | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 37.5 hrs/week (flexible scheduling available)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to adult clients
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community resources
• Support clients with mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active Michigan license (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP)
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with mental illness (including internship or fieldwork)

Preferred Qualifications

• Pay: $29.47 - $39.67/hr (Fully Licensed) | $27.22 - $36.63/hr (Limited License)
