Position: General Sonographer
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Location: Albany, GA
Schedule: Day Shift (4x10s or 5x8s)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Start Times)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mobile ultrasound examinations at healthcare facilities.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic ultrasound images.
• Upload images electronically for radiologist interpretation.
• Verify physician orders and patient identification before each exam.
• Travel between assigned facilities using a company-provided vehicle.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and company vehicle.
• Communicate with dispatch and clinical teams throughout the day.
• Complete required documentation and billing accurately.
• Deliver compassionate, professional patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• ARDMS or CCI Certification (Required)
• Echo and Vascular ultrasound experience (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Valid Driver's License
• COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between facilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing portable/mobile ultrasound exams
• Skilled in general, vascular, and echocardiography imaging
• Comfortable working in nursing homes, home care, and other healthcare settings
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
