- Assist in site preparation, grading, and excavation tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or excavation.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
