About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly manner to create a welcoming dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation
- Check in with tables throughout the meal to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and provide correct change
- Keep tables clean and reset for incoming guests in a timely manner
- Communicate daily specials, menu items, and allergen information to guests
Requirements:
- Previous waitstaff, server, or food service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
