Working within a small team of 1-5 members, this role demands precision, organization, and effective communication to maintain smooth warehouse operations and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control to track incoming and outgoing goods accurately
• Handle packages efficiently to prepare for shipment and receipt
• Schedule shipments and coordinate delivery logistics
• Receive goods, verify against purchase orders, and document discrepancies
• Enter shipment and inventory data into relevant systems
• Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation
• Organize warehouse space to optimize storage and accessibility
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all shipping and receiving processes
