Fire Sprinkler Fitter

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our growing team serving commercial and industrial projects throughout Brevard and Volusia Counties. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-focused, and experienced in the installation, modification, and repair of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair above-ground fire sprinkler systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, thread, groove, and install steel and CPVC piping.
• Install hangers, valves, sprinkler heads, and related fire protection equipment.
• Perform hydrostatic testing and assist with system inspections.
• Ensure all work complies with NFPA standards, state and local codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Work effectively with project managers, foremen, inspectors, and other trades.
• Complete assigned work accurately and on schedule.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial fire sprinkler systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and sprinkler layouts.
• Knowledge of NFPA fire protection standards.
• Experience with grooved, threaded, welded, and CPVC systems is a plus.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
