· Manage and supervise all ‘Front Door’ operations of the facility, including emergency protocols and response coordination.

· Supervise and provide training to Residential Aides in executing daily operational tasks and responsibilities.

· Provide hands-on training and guidance to Residential Aides in performing routine duties and maintaining facility standards.

· Coordinate and manage floor post assignments, as well as lunch and break schedules, for Residential Aides to ensure continuous coverage and operational efficiency

· Organize and facilitate team meetings to support communication, planning, and departmental goals.

· Actively participate in Team meetings to contribute to planning, problem-solving, and team communication.

· Delivering ongoing feedback to Residential Aides through coaching, mentoring, and individualized supervision, in alignment with Operations Supervisor and Program Director directives.

· Oversee emergency situations and incidents, ensuring timely and accurate communication with SIU, DHS, and the Program Director.

· Conduct random room inspections in accordance with directives issued by the Program Director, ensuring compliance with facility standards and safety protocols.

· Delegate tasks and provide support to Residential Aides in completing room inspections, wellness checks, garbage sweeps, and kitchen assignments, ensuring consistency and quality in daily operations.

· Review and verify meal delivery receipts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with scheduled services.
