Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part-Time (Set Schedule – Non-Negotiable)

These positions have a fixed schedule that cannot be changed.

Required Schedule A:
- Tuesday: 1 PM – 9:00 PM
- Thursday: 1 PM – 9:00 PM
- Every Other Weekend: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Required Schedule: B
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1 PM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday: 2 PM - 10:00 PM
- Every Other Weekend: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
This schedule is mandatory and non-negotiable.
About the Role
Join Open Hands, Inc. as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), providing care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
We are looking for reliable, committed individuals who show up, follow through, and take pride in the work they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (similar to PCA/CNA roles)
- Transport individuals to appointments and community outings
- Support recreational and social activities
- Meal preparation
- Medication administration
- Encourage independence and life skills
Duties:
- Bathing, toileting, hygiene, and grooming support, Doctors appointment, etc.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Must pass background checks
