What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with orders, questions, and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service.
Who You Are:
- An excellent communicator who can listen with empathy and respond with clarity.
- Someone with a positive attitude and a knack for building rapport.
- A detail-oriented professional who can multi-task and stay organized.
- Experienced in a customer-facing role

- Logistics and/or warehouse knowledge
- Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a MUST
