Salad Bar Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Salad Bar Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our salad bar area, providing exceptional service to guests, and managing salad and soup bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a self-starting work ethic, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for our patrons.

Duties

• Supervise the salad bar, ensuring high quality standards of food, service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels of salad bar ingredients and soup levels. Place orders for ingredient replenishment.
• Oversee food management processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in food production as needed.
• Exude company culture and values.
• Collaborate with management to enhance guest experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in a restaurant environment, with a strong understanding of food service operations.
• Demonstrated skills in inventory control and food management practices.
• Background in food production is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
