Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment on construction sites and other locations.

Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, and excavators

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for equipment operation

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment

- Transport materials using commercial driving vehicles

- Assist with construction site preparation and cleanup as needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues

- Proficiency in backhoe operation, commercial driving, bulldozer operation, excavator operation, and loader operation

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and technologies
