Eye Care Manager

We are seeking an Eye Care Assistant Manager, with possibility of becoming the Optical Manager to join of our leadership team!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee optical service activities and personnel -including staff schedule
• Plan and coordinate staff training
• Work collaboratively with the doctors to implement high patients satisfaction and quality care
• Maintain frame inventory control and lab inventory/lab organization
• Establish and enforce office policies and procedures
• Have a superior knowledge of vision plans such as Eyemed, VSP and Spectera
• Responsible for marketing/promotions including trunk shows and patient appreciation programs
• Responsible for overseeing social media campaigns and programs
• Responsible for optical patient satisfaction and problem prevent and problem solve

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in and optometric practice or a large optical retail operation
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
