Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, reliable Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our menu and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

• Prepare food items consistently and efficiently according to recipes, quality standards, and kitchen protocols

• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station throughout the shift

• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed

• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed

• Communicate clearly with other team members and leadership

• Follow executive chef’s instructions and contribute to team-oriented service

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume kitchen

• Culinary school training is a plus but not required

• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• ServSafe Certification (preferred)
