Grader Operator Responsibilities & Duties

• Operate grading equipment such as motor graders, dozers, and skid steers
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
• Work closely with construction crews to ensure accurate grading and leveling
• Ensure that all equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of equipment usage and maintenance

Grader Operator Qualifications & Skills

• Certification as a heavy equipment operator
• Experience in road construction and excavation
• Familiarity with GPS and laser grading equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as a Grader Operator
• Extensive knowledge of grading and excavation equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
