Preschool Director

Meni ninha Meni ninha School is looking for an experienced Preschool Director to lead our center. Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the preschool

Ensure compliance with Florida DCF licensing and regulations

School readiness / VPK / Food Program / Children Trust

Computer Skills

Supervise support and manage a team of 25 staff members

Maintain classroom standards

Manage emails, parent tours, and school enrollment

Coordinate Creative Curriculum / Ensure lesson plans are completed

Must have proper credentials, leadership and team management skills

Strong communication and organized

Ability to multitask and problem solve

Creative and able to coordinate school activities such as Open House, Back to school, Christmas show, Graduation, summer Camp, etc

Build and maintain positive relationships with parents

Excellent communication skills with School Founder
