Preschool Director

We are looking for a dedicated leader who loves working with children, families, and educators. The Director will oversee daily operations, support teachers, ensure licensing compliance, and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day center operations
• Supervise and support teaching staff
• Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations
• Build strong relationships with families and the community
• Manage enrollment, scheduling, and staff development
• Ensure a high-quality early childhood education program

Qualifications:
• Experience in Early Childhood Education
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of California childcare licensing regulations
• Passion for supporting children’s growth and development
