Production Associate (Pre-Weighers)

ZING is hiring 10 Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Wharton, NJ. No prior pre-weigh experience is required. We are looking for dependable individuals with warehouse, manufacturing, production, material handling, or general labor experience who are ready to build a long-term career.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 3 Openings | $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 3 Openings | $18.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 4 Openings | $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Weigh, label, and stage materials for production.
• Follow written work instructions and batch records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete basic documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
