1. Insurance Customer Service Representative

Base Salary Range: $42,000 – $58,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries on coverages, billing, claims, and policies

• Process account changes and serve as liaison with carriers

• Handle renewals, schedule appointments, and identify cross-selling opportunities

• Manage ongoing client touchpoints for lasting relationships

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC applications

• Coachable and eager to learn
