Candidates must be compassionate and reliable and able to demonstrate the necessary skills and abilities to provide ADL services under the supervision of the RN Case Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Current PPD or PPD screening.
• PCA certification in the state of Virginia
• Valid Driver's License or RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• Ability to pass Criminal Background
• Dependable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Smart Phone
• experience as a caregiver/nursing field
• Must have two professional references validating care giving experience
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to pay for training within the next 30 days
• Compassionate attitude, effective communication skills, and able to work as a team and as a individual
