Pay Range: $38-$55

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent Physical Therapist
  
• Schedule: 5x8s with flexibility for 4x10s
  
• Setting: Outpatient

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for outpatient clients in a hospital setting, with flexibility to assist inpatient care as needed, ensuring continuity and quality of patient-centered rehabilitation services across care settings.
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist must have or be eligible for a license to practice in state of WI
  
• CPR/BLS certification
