What you will do

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
  • Repair equipment such as conveyor systems, pneumatic equipment, industrial fans, and related machinery.
  • Support equipment changeovers and partner with operations to keep production moving.
  • Document completed work, create and close work orders, and enter repair notes in line reports.
  • Use OEM documentation, blueprints, schematics, and shop tools to diagnose and solve equipment issues.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automated systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a manufacturing team environment.
  • Ability to read work documents, blueprints, schematics, and OEM documentation.
  • Comfort using mechanical and electrical instruments such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and meggers.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills for communication and assignments.
  • Preferred: 2-year technical degree, PLC/controls knowledge, welding, AutoCAD, and shop equipment experience.

This role is performed primarily in an industrial manufacturing environment. Safety matters here: required PPE includes hearing protection, steel toe shoes, cut-resistant gloves when using cutting tools, and eye protection when working with compressed air.
